Sample documents

See the paperwork before you commit.

The three documents that decide how your build goes: the tender every contractor prices, the inspection report that checks the work, and the milestone schedule that releases your money.

Sample contractor tender

Every contractor prices the same itemised schedule of work, so bids can be compared line by line.

Sample inspection report

After every site visit, a Banao inspector writes up what was checked, what passed and what must be fixed, with photos.

Site visit: structure stage

  • Pass

    Column reinforcement

Bar sizes and spacing match the structural drawing.

  • Fix

    Concrete cover

Cover is short on two column faces. Rectify before the next pour.

  • Pass

    Brick bond and joints

    Uniform joints, plumb within tolerance.

  • Watch

    Curing

Slab curing started late on day one. Re-check strength at the next visit.

Result: the milestone cannot be approved until the concrete cover is corrected and re-inspected.
